Workshop Content & Learning Outcomes:
This free joint peer-led event will provide an opportunity for members of the East Midlands and Anglia and North Wales Regions to get together in an environment appropriate for discussing and practising all things ML.
The plan is to meet in the Ty Nant Car Park at 09:00 hrs. Create the plan for the day with some tactical faff and then head out into the hills. The day is aimed at those members who are looking to renew or progress their knowledge and skills.
As one of your Assistant Regional Co-ordinators covering the south east of our region, EMA, I look forward to meeting you along with the Regional Co-odinator form North Wales.
Equipment & Kit Required:
Your personal walking kit appropriate for the terrain, activity and the forecasted weather conditions. Equipment should ideally include OS Explorer OL23 or Landranger 124 others are available. A personal first aid kit, shelter, rope, a compass and head torch. Plus anything else you deem necessary for a day out on a mountain.
Catering/Food:
There will be opportunities to take a break. Please bring your food and drink for the day.
