From planning a coastal walk to navigating in complex terrain, these courses are an ideal opportunity to learn the basics and enjoy the countryside. THIS IS NOT THE HILL AND MOORLAND LEADER SCHEME.
About
This Mountain Skills Navigation Course is ideal for anyone that wants to be able to navigate in all weather conditions whilst in the mountains. We teach you how to use a map, compass and phone so that you can be self sufficient in the mountains of the UK. It is based in Eryri (Snowdonia), North Wales, accredited by Mountain Training and run by some of the UK’s most highly qualified and experienced instructors and Mountain Rescue team members.
