WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES

For a number of years we have run the 'beyond ML ropework' courses but people have either wanted to be on grade 1+ plus throwing in a bit of ropework or grade 2/3 ground, therefore this weekend is split, Saturday will be personal scrambling skills looking at ground above the ML scope (this is not a course which offers you an extension of leadership). It will look at route selection, movement over the ground and simple ropework. This day will be delivered at a 1:4 ratio.

On Sunday we will provide ropework for personal scrambling, this will be on grade 2+ ground and be at a 1:2 ratio. 

EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED

Personal gear to go on a mountain day. If you have your own helmet/harness/climbing gear and ropes you can bring otherwise we can provide

CATERING/FOOD

Meet in the cafe for coffee, bring your own lunch, coffee and cake after!
