Bio: Mark has held a full IML award since 2005 and has had the privilege of using it in many countries during that time. He also holds a MIA, WML and is a provider of all Mountain Training England’s awards. He also provides BMC FUNdamental courses and MIAS mountain bike awards. Mark also moderates for Mountain Training, NICAS and NCFE in the fields of sport and outdoor education.

Workshop info: This day offers a refresher of security on steep ground from a Mountain Leader perspective and looks at additional skills that may be of use to an IML in various terrain.

Additional Costs and info: Participants are required to bring a harness and helmet. This can be provided if requested in advance. There are no additional costs, but we may need to share lifts to the venue.
