Teaching Self-Rescue Skills for Climbers

A refresher of the skills we might not have used since our MIA assessment, including a structured approach to teaching the core skills climbers might need to keep safe on the crags.

Run by Nick Cannon Jones, an experienced MIC who has taught self rescue courses regularly in the Lake District and North Wales.

This day will be based in Great Langdale, meeting in the National Trust Stickle Ghyll car park at 09.00am. Cost: £40/person.
