Mentoring training day:

This is an MTA mentor training day delivered by Samantha McElligott, equipping attendees with the skills needed to help support one or more candidates on their journey through a Mountain Training qualification.

The training will be delivered by Dr Samantha McElligott and the programme is attached. The training will start at 10:30am.

Please bring a notepad and pen for note taking. The café will be open during the day and lunch will be provided. Alternatively, if you prefer, please bring your own lunch/ snacks.

Meet your mentor evening:

There will be a break of an hour and a quarter and the Meet your Mentor event will begin at 6pm and end at approximately 8pm.

The evening will be facilitated by Dr Samantha McElligott and you will meet and get to know your mentee, do some goal setting and decide how you would like to work together and agree on a schedule.
