“What should I teach my clients and how should do I do it?” UIMLA, in collaboration with Manuel Genswein of MountainSafety.info presents this online class for IML's.
Many years ago Manuel Genswein, who is recognised all over the world as an expert on avalanche rescue, researched this “Will a client ever be able to save your life?” and published the remarkable results: with a 15-minutes training taught to completely inexperienced public, an average rescue time of 6:39 minutes (n=83) was accomplished.
During this webinar, Manuel will share with us how to do this 15-minutes training for your clients. He will use materials from the mountainsafety.info knowledge-base, which he will quickly guide us through. The mountainsafety.info knowledge base contains best practices developed by subject matter experts worldwide.
