Rescue 3 - Water Safety for Expedition Leaders - 2 x Full Days

The course would be an ideal bolt-on to an International Mountain Leader (IML) or UIAGM Guide Carnet. The course is also aimed at those providing support for TV production, geologists, surveyors, etc.

Primarily the 2 day course will focus on safety, planning for, recognition of, avoidance and management of hazard. During course we will look at river crossings, safe swimming techniques and simple rescue solutions in as close to a real context as possible.

This course is a part of the portfolio of Rescue 3 qualifications and therefore is recognised worldwide as the best quality. As with all R3 courses the qualification will last for 3 years and contain an element of assessment.
