Workshop Content & Learning Outcomes:
Join in with this free opportunity to practise your poor visibility/night navigation, whether you are qualified or working towards an assessment, these are great sessions to practise and develop your skills.
The plan for the evening will be based on the needs of those attending, so after a quick chat about personal objectives for the evening we’ll get stuck in.
We’ll focus on developing robust navigation strategies using simple techniques that will allow you to navigate like a ninja.
Kit:
Bring your personal hill kit to be warm, dry and ready to develop your skills.
A head torch is essential, as is a map (OL12) and compass.
A hot flask and some snacks are always a nice addition to a night nav.
