Award Description
This qualification trains and assesses candidates in the skills required to lead hillwalking groups in summer conditions on mountainous routes not requiring the planned use of a rope. Established in 1964, this was the first qualification created by Mountain Training.
About
Split weekend course on the 7,8th October and the 20, 21,22nd October. The expedition part of the assessment will be on the 20,21 and 22nd October.
Based at YHA Borrowdale. I will be delivering this course with over 25 years experience of the outdoor industry and delivered over 700 NGB courses. As an active and passionate climber I really enjoy meeting like minded folk who love passing on their skills to others.
