Understanding Work at Height and rigging for non-climbing loads.
Workshop Content
We'll examine the Work at Height and associated regulations and how they apply to us as climbers when engaged in work outside of our normal remit.
Followed up by a practical rigging session that will look at options for supervising/safeguarding loads (people) that are non climbers performing tasks such as camera or survey work. We will discuss different pathways to qualifications from other agencies outside of Mountain Training and their relevance/usefulness to us as Mountaineering Instructors.
