Please dress for the weather on the night and bring a suitable compass and (fully charged) head torch. 

Bring a snack and something to drink

Gain confidence in full darkness (sunset:18:15; Astronomical twilight ends 20:26; Moonrise 23:36) on this peer led Night Navigation session. 

As the light fades will navigate through the forest and up onto the open hillside.

We will spend about 3 hours, practicing various techniques, before returning to the layby for 22:00
