Presented by Martin Chester (ex- head of Training at Plas y Brenin) this webinar is specifically aimed at Course Directors and course staff delivering assessment courses for MTE. The webinar will cover how to structure and run an assessment course that gives candidates a positive experience whilst being able to assess their competencies objectively. It will give advice on behaviours that get the best out of the candidate/assessor relationship and will focus on feedback skills and techniques that help to make assessments successful, regardless of the result.
