The workshop will run from 9.00am to 4.30pm Tuesday 17th October.
This workshop is open to providers, course directors and any course staff involved in the delivery of Mountain Training walking and climbing leadership schemes as well as Hill & Mountain Skills and Rock Skills schemes who wish to further develop their knowledge and skills in the delivery of these award schemes.
Sessions throughout the workshop will include an update on the Mountain Training awards pathway; practical activities and discussion of any issues related to the delivery of the walking and climbing schemes, exploring any relevant topics that have arisen from candidate feedback and quality assurance visits, the walking schemes review and a discussion on the use of CMS.
The workshop is non-residential. The cost doesn't include lunch or refreshments.
