Do you know what your nonverbal signals look like when you are guiding a group? If you look credible and confident when you brief others about the day? Can you tell when someone feels discomfort, fear or loses interest? This masterclass teaches you the silent language of the nonverbal signals that surround you every day.

Results after this masterclass: You have knowledge of the origin and importance of nonverbal communication and the ways it will help you to reach your goals in your professional life;

 You know which nonverbal signals are important to boost credibility and likability and are able to use them effectively in all your interactions with your clients;

 You are aware of your own nonverbal expressions and are able to finetune them to radiate authentic confidence and leadership;

 You excel in making a competent and warm first impression, every time you meet.

The workhsop will be delivered by Ted Toussaint who is a Behavioral Scientist and Body Language expert fascinated by human behavior. She holds a Masters Degree in Behavioral Analysis, a Post Graduate Degree in Experiential Coaching and is a certified Body Language Trainer. By combining her knowledge of psychology, neurology and nonverbal communication, she creates inspiring and engaging
training and coaching sessions which build people’s confidence in their nonverbal presence, leadership and charisma. As an International Mountain Leader, she is committed to provide outdoor professionals with the people skills they need to have great interactions with their clients.
