Award Description
This qualification trains and assesses candidates in the skills required to supervise climbers on purpose built artificial climbing walls and boulders. The scheme does not include the skills and techniques required to teach lead climbing.

CWI Training with Arrampica (trainer Martina Spisiakova)
Please note this course runs over two days and the timings and venues are as below.
Day 1: Climbing - 08:30-15.30
Optional Abseil - 16.00 - 20.00
XC Centre in Hemel Hempstead, Jarman Park, HP2 4JS.
Hemel Hempstead is a 24 minute train ride from London Euston.
Please wrap up warm for the XC, it's a great venue but it can be cold at any time of the year.
Day 2: Climbing - 09:00-18.00
Westway Climbing Centre in London, W10 6RP
The nearest tube station is Latimer Road.
Please ensure you have registered onto the CWI Scheme with Mountain Training (£65) prior to booing onto the course.
