About
This is a course for anybody involved in rigging safety systems in the outdoor environment e.g. Film Crews, Stunt Riggers and Outdoor Instructors. It will cover twin rope systems associated with industrial-based structures or outside location work. And you will be accredited with a Rescue 3 Working at Height Certificate on completion of the course.
What to Expect
Workshop 1 – Are you really on belay?
Workshop 2 – Angles. Compression and belay building
Workshop 3 – PPE Inspection, Introduction to Working at Height equipment and terminology and HSE guidelines
Workshop 4 – Use of twin line equipment
Day 2
Workshop 5- Tensioning ropes, use of high directional anchors
More complicated Outdoor Rigging stakes, vehicles and trees. End of Day: Review, summary and paperwork for Rescue 3 certification.
Experience Required
A good knowledge and understanding of basic rope work.
