Description

Leading with clients. Stickle Gyll path, scrambling R through crags, around head of Stickle Tarn. Lunch stop in group shelter. Difficulty finding the start of Jack`s Rake - the cloud was that thick. Enjoyable climb. Raining but wind-sheltered and not cold. N & L really enjoyed it and worked well together. Topped out into a gale and got the shelter up in the lea of a wall and brewed up. Morale!
Walked over to saddle and made decision not to climb Harrison. L was cold and tired. Good that she felt confident and comfortable enough to make that call.
Back to Eltermere for tea and planning for next day.
