Arrived in the Ogwen for climbing trip at about 15:45 and decided to make a quick ascent of the North Ridge of Tryfan and descend on the western side back to the car. The wet rock made me not choose the harder lines up the scramble was a good first time up the North Ridge with one partner. Managed to make it back to the car just as the light went.

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
