Assistant Leader working with Main Leader, Doctor and 2 Local Guides looking after 41 participants.Ensuring participants are looking after themselves, reassuring, assisting with small first aid issues (blisters etc), offering advice for multi-day treks and endurance events. Spotting Participants over steps and exposed sections.
