Description

Leading a group of 12 for Large Outdoors. I was the only leader.
Start: Mynydd Trydanol, Llanberis 0900 - caught 0905 bus from there to Pen y Pass. Route: Summit via Miner`s Path, returned down Llanberis Path.
Conditions were ideal. Some of the more able members therefore were happy to continue at their own (faster) pace, so left us after summitting, leaving me with a group of 6. Some group members required more encouragement than others, but everyone gained something from their day experience.

Area : Snowdon Massif

Snowdon (Welsh: Yr Wyddfa) is the highest mountain in Wales, at an altitude of 1,085 metres (3,560 ft) above sea level, and the highest point in the British Isles outside Scotland. It is located in Snowdonia National Park (Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri) in Gwynedd, and has been described as "the busiest mountain in Britain". It is designated as a national nature reserve for its rare flora and fauna.
