Description

Followed the west highland way until the stream that crosses the path bellow the south coire of Mullach nan Coirean. followed the steep grassy face up to the summit of Meall a Chaorainn in high winds and driving rain. Wind was about 30mph has we traversed across Mullach nan Coirean and onto stob Ban.
There was a tricky bit of nav off the summit of stob ban as The path takes a bit of a dog leg to avoid some steep ground that`s not immediately obvious on the map. Descended down the east ridge across to a wild camp at The lochain. at 700m. Weather cleared but was still very cold throughout the night.
