I took 12 people over the Elferspitze. We started at the top of the Elfer Cable Car then walked up the ridge past the Elfer Hutte (stopping for coffee) and on to just below the first Elferspitze summit. 5 people went to the top while I looked after the rest as the actual summit was not part of the official HF walk. We then continued past but avoiding the next summit which is a Klettersteig to the Zwolfernieder (col) and then back to the top of the lift via the Panorama Weg. there were several people struggling with the exposure in places and I had to do quite a lot of spotting, reassuring and coaching on how to walk on scree.
