Stubai Rucksack Route: 5 Climbed up to the SimmingJochl (2754), then started off up the Aperer Feurstein but it became too difficult without ice axe and crampons. Ended up on some very loose scree and decided to retreat. Headed to Neurnberger Hutte. This involved using lots of wire cables and metal staples. Fine weather.
