A fine day of weather and no navigational difficulties from the team. The team left from their campsite and headed north towards snowdon. They then went over Glyders and traversed below Tryfan to the Gwern God Uchaf campsite. The team then went via the Llyn Cowlyd Reservoir to a wild camp at Dulyn Reservoir. Their final day passed over Drum and then followed the watershed to Llanfairfechan.

Area : Glyderau

The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
