Description

Stuc A Chroin NE Buttress. I went slightly to the side on a steeper line, maybe grade II ground.

Area : The Arrochar Alps and from Ben Lomond to Crianlarich

The Arrochar Alps provide some excellent and very easily accessible winter climbing on turfy schist that can come into condition very quickly following a few days of cold weather. They can however, especially on the Cobbler, equally rapidly fall out of condition in sunshine and warmth. This area also includes the small number of winter opportunities on Ben Lomond and the hills running north to Crianlarich.
