Susan has been working at the wall that i operate for the past year. She has worked with a wide range of clients from kids intro classes, adult learn to climbs to teaching and developing the youth club. She is an experienced and competent instructor as I need her to work on her own without support. Personally I have known Susan through climbing for over five years and have climbed indoors with her over that time including lead climbing.

Susan Young is a competent mountaineer. I have known her professionally for over 6 years and in that time she has demonstrated a love of the outdoors and in particular the Scottish Highlands. She has worked hard to gain NGB awards in mountain sports over that time and is dedicated to the sport. She has introduced numerous individuals to the outdoors in her work with me at Falkirk Community Trust and formally Falkirk Council. I have recently had the pleasure of Susan's company whilst she shadowed me on winter hill walking and winter skills outings to the Scottish Highlands. During these trips she has demonstrated a high level of competency in looking after herself and enabling the clients to get the most out of the day - usually in challenging conditions. I have no problem wholehartedly endorsing Susan as a top rate instructor who is a also a great individual. She is an asset to any team.
