Stayed on at the wall after climbing club with Sophie and Ryan.
Helping to coach Sophie in technique and movement skills on our new routes.
Sophie has trouble with the overhang routes so we spent time working on step-through`s and twisting into the wall.
Also worked on getting used to falls - more work needed but Sophie showed real progress today.
