First solo winter traverse of Crib Goch. Mixed conditions. Neve on East Ridge, nothing on top. Descended from Bwlch Coch into Cwm Uchaf. Down climbed and practiced self arrest near base. Few relocations in the Cwm and a (rather hairy!) traverse of the foxes path back around to the base of E Ridge - no visible track, so following my nose on the route as snow. Left crampons on from base of E ridge to roughly same point on return.
