Morocco day 5
We made our way through the town and up onto Izi n` Mzik 2489m. From here we enjoyed great views and felt it would make a suitable are to teach and revise winter skills. We stayed high and followed the paths around the town before descending the valley to the refuge.
As we descended we were delighted to find a Berber style lunch laid out for us on a clear patch of ground on the snow line.
We then toured the town , visiting the local bunkhouses, shops and places to eat to give us an idea of our choices when hopefully leading here ourselves in the future.
We then enjoyed another sumptuous meal in the main dining room at the Kasbah before preparing to leave the next morning for a tourist visit of the souks in Marrakech and a tour led by Khalid of the beautiful city.
