Chapel Bridge (Little Town), up valley, Robinson, Little Edge, Hindscarth, Hindscarth Edge, Dale Head, Dale Head Tarn, down valley to car. Very cold walking up hill in synthetic jacket! Kept meeting lost people from a huge group scattered across the hillside, apparently led by somebody, somewhere, who we never saw, in aid of some charity. Lost folk tagged onto us until they found their group again. Kid sliding down snow patches above massive drops. 12:20 - 17:30

Essentially this area is encompassed by Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and Crummock Water with the southern boundary being the Honister Pass
