Poor vis on Snowdon and Crib Goch. excellent views across Glyders (hot) and poor vis on Carneddau. Slowed down as found 4 lost walkers on Carneddau and guided them off the hill.
Went up Yr Elen having directed our tired walkers up Llewelyn. They got lost again and we found them plus 4 more in the bothy on the way down, about to phone MRT as they had no compass or map, only a GPS with flat batteries.
Became a slower group of 10. Used bearings, pacing and timings to complete. Interesting nav.

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
