Description

Assisted Matt on Penrith MRT fundraiser.
15 miles over the Pennines via Cross Fell. Walked back (30 mile route). On way back sat in bothy till dark (8pm) and night nav`d until 01:30. Stars Beautiful. Loved it!

Area : Northern Pennines

Between the A69 and the A66. The region is widely considered to be one of the most scenic areas of the United Kingdom. The North Pennines and Nidderdale are designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
