A showcase of Welsh climbing, the names are evocative of the eighties and nineties: Vivian, Australia, Dali’s Hole, Rainbow Slab, Never Neverland, Lost World, Twll Mawr. Lots of hard stuff, mostly single pitch and a new guidebook with a quaintly non-portable format. Comes the Dervish, German Schoolgirl, Pull My Daisy, just do them.
Ground-up. Fell off first time, pulled back to bolt and spotted a little foothold I'd missed, did it fine on the second attempt using that. Hardest moves close to gear and lovely climbing on the run-outs.
