Description

Walking Club Weekend. Parked in Pen-Y-Pass and followed the Miners Track to the east end of Glaslyn. Headed up to the ridge by a scramble up Cribau and then to Snowdon. Descended by same path from Snowdon and continued on to Y Lliwedd and then back down to the miners path.
A good clear day with great views. I'm not a fan of scrambling though - at times this was rather too exposed for me!

Area : Snowdon Massif

Snowdon (Welsh: Yr Wyddfa) is the highest mountain in Wales, at an altitude of 1,085 metres (3,560 ft) above sea level, and the highest point in the British Isles outside Scotland. It is located in Snowdonia National Park (Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri) in Gwynedd, and has been described as "the busiest mountain in Britain". It is designated as a national nature reserve for its rare flora and fauna.
