Parked on the A5 next to Llyn Ogwen. Walked a lap around the lake and from Idwal Cottage headed South along Llyn Idwal to Glyder Fawr via Devils Kitchen. From here I followed the ridge along to Glyder Fach. I then returned along the ridge to Llyn y Cwn for a lunch break. Headed NNW to the summit of Foel-goch via Y Garn. Retunred to Y Garn and descended at grid SH 6305 5975 to Llyn Idwal and then back to the car park. The visibility today was real bad. Almost zero at times along the summits and using the ridge lines was essential for navigation.

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
