I started this walk at 7am, about half an hour before dawn. I wanted to make sure I did all five of the Munros and got back to the start before sunset. I made good progress, and climbed Meikle Pap to see the view - just as well, as Lochnagar was in cloud. As I reached the summit of Lochnagar, persistent rain started, and the cloud did not lift until I was at the summit of the third Munro in the circuit, Carn an-t Sagairt Mor. After that, the weather improved markedly. I managed to reach the summit of all five Munros in good time, and was back at my car by mid-afternoon. I really enjoyed the walk.
