Ascent of Snowdon via Watkin path with descent via the miner's track to pen-y-pass. Walk leader for a novice group from the UEA Fell & Mountain Soc, novice group of 6, including mountain novices and international students new to UK walking. An unseasonably fantastic day of weather gave me my first ever view from the summit of Snowden. Some need to support less confident walkers on steep sections
