Description

I did this Boxing Day walk with another Meetup group. We approached the hill from Glen Turret, climbing up its less popular east face. It was nice to get out after Christmas, and I was hoping that an alternative route up to Ben Chonzie would make it more interesting, but although I enjoyed the walk, this is still probably my least favourite mountain!

Area : Loch Tay to Perth (Ben Chonzie)

Ben Chonzie (931m) is the only Munro in this area which sits to the north of the A85 and to the south of Aberfeldy. Loch Tay forms a natural north western boundary while further east, there are only three peaks listed to the east of the A822.
