A5,, East ridge scramble- icy in patches but too this for crampons. Put crampons on on approach to Pen Yr Ole wen summit, Carnedd Fach, Dafyd, Llewellyn (watch the sunset, and descended ridge in the dark) Bwlch, Eryl Farchog, Flynnon Llugwy, Resevoir track to A5. Good, clear day, excellent snow, crisp. 4 huge cornices.
