Summit of Tryfan via the north ridge and then off the east side and down to the visitors centre. Had intended to carry on to the Glyders but the ridge took longer than I thought and a Tess and Georgia were a bit tired/ill. Ran the last few K with Dan to get the car from the lay-by and meet the rest at the visitor centre. Timed it perfectly!

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
