Worked with Michael Duffy for the afternoon. Michael left me with some of the kids for a while, good to give a bit of input, mostly cheer leading but it built the relationship for later in the day when I worked with them on lead climbing. Very interesting to see the different levels and perhaps a bit of "I cant do this because no one else can"...not wanting to stand out from the crowd. lots of strength on display. a bit of over gripping. some are climbing from an early age and are great but I wonder about injuries
