Spend the day setting up top ropes for Fleur for her first time rock climbing. We practiced some protected belaying and lowering. Myself and John shared learning from our last few weeks and I spent some time observing other instructors and looking at set ups. Was a really useful day and we all got a lot from it.

This Area includes the group of gritstone crags in a western part of the Peak District between Buxton and New Mills. The major crags are Windgather Rocks, Castle Naze and New Mills Torrs.
