
Every Thursday I lead a walk in and around Beecraigs Country Park near Linlithgow. This walk is to support people with ways to improve their physical and mental health. It also helps people with social and emotional engagement. We walk for 2 hrs and I try and vary the routes slightly each week. As well as genral health chat I also inlcude information about flora/fauna, local history and so much more.
I provide these walks for free and will be carrying this into 2021
