Started from just before Sykes (NW of Dunsop Bridge). We walked alongside Langden Brook to Langden castle then SW to just below pt 434.
Then on to the NW summit of Fair Snape Fell and back over Saddle Fell and totridge to Harden and along the road back to the car. 16.5 km/445m ascent. really hard work and slow going on snow. A cold, bitter day with occasional views.
