Group work for cadets from Maghull squadron Air Cadets. Top roping and abseiling, a little slippy at the top of the abseil so I built a hand rail which they could also attach too as they approached the start of the abseil.

This Area covers the Lancashire crags south of the Bowland Forest and in the Greater Manchester area north-west of the Peak District, principally the numerous gritstone quarries, which provided the apprenticeship of many a fine climber.
