Joe’s (member of the MMC) first lead and he wanted me to run through some basics before his first trad lead. Spent time looking at gear placement, belays, lots of safety and I had watched him climb on Tower Rib the day before so he was really confident and he smashed it. Really pleased, I just helped because he’s a mate and it wasn’t in a professional capacity but him and his girlfriend thought I was the person to help. Ace
