Description

6 day exped encompassing most of the mountains to the South of Mullardoch, between Mullardoch and Monar and then North of Monar, 8 people working towards ML training course - navigation and low visibility navigation required away from marked paths all the time and also carrying the exped kit the whole time. Canoed down Mullardoch and then left the canoes there for another group who started on Monar and left theirs canoes for us.

Area : Glen Affric and Kintail

South of Loch Mullardoch you will find the Glen Affric and Kintail area whose southern boundary is the A87 road to Inverness. The Five Sisters of Kintail, Beinn Fhada, Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan and Carn Eighe are just some of the impressive peaks in this area, and all have their own unique selling points such as remoteness, size, steepness or height. As a result, peaks in the list are all over 900m.
