A walk from the ski station at Formigueres up to the Serra de Mauri for some emergency rope work practice and then on down to the refuge de Camporells for a short break and the descending into the Baga de La Lladura following the path down the valley passing near the ruins of Vallsera and down to Formigueres good day out fiming up environmental knowledge.
