
90 Min Session. Ollie & Augustus. This was the second session (previously with another coach). Started the session with a full explanation of the warm up, why and how. Then went on to look at technique during the easy climbing part of the warm up. Next part was route reading and what to look for. This took longer than expected and they only managed to climb one route in the time available. I also explained about the different hold types - more of this required! They planned to do more climbing afterwards so I suggested doing some reps to help with their endurance.
